RETURN POLICIE

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery with probable cause for return. PROBABLE RETURN CAUSE: Damaged Goods or Missing Package

Ship returns back to me within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

DAMAGED or MISSING GOODS?

Damaged Goods?

While we take great care in packing your product, sometimes fate has other plans. In the case that the item you received has been damaged, e-mail me at: sundazeshop@gmail.com along with an attached photo file of the damaged good(s). Once verified you may request the same item(s) reshipped free of charge!

My Package Never Showed!??

Oh no! Don’t fret. I apply tracking to all my shipments so my customers can keep an eye on their item(s). In doing so, I also receive notification when an item has arrived to the buyer. Packages should arrive no more than 8 business days at the latest, after the product has been shipped. If you are concerned, or feel you’re item has been lost, please notify me via e-mail (sundazeshop@gmail.com). I will double check my files to verify that the product hasn’t been received, and once confirmed you may request to have the same item(s) reshipped free of charge!IMPORTANT!!! If the customer has provided the wrong shipping address they will be denied upon requesting another be sent free of charge. It is the responsibility of the customer that he or she provide the correct information when ordering.ATTENTION!!! If a customer claims their item has not arrived by the deadline (8 business days) AND my arrival notice indicates that it has arrived, you will need to contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) and request they locate your item.

Commission work is non-refundable! Once print is purchased, it is final. If your print is damaged (via shipping) you can request a new one be shipped. However, you must provide evidence (picture via email) that your print is damaged before a replacement will be shipped.

Bringing your ideas to life

Sundaze Art Shop welcomes the ideas of others. If you have an idea that you’d like to have drawn up, then I am here to help! Simply shoot me an email and we can work out the details! ( sundazeshop@gmail.com )

Commission Guidelines/Rules

  1. Like most of my artwork shown in the shop, I am only offering cartoon style commissions. This does not mean you can’t be detailed with your request, but keep in mind your finished piece will resemble the art style I have established in my store.

  2. If you are wanting to purchase a digital copy (meaning you would rather me send you the file containing your requested piece) I can offer any dimension size you would like. However, if you want a physical copy (meaning you want it shipped to you) I am only offering 8x11 prints for this option!

  3. Patience is important. Commission work takes some time to complete, and depending on the detail of the request it can take a while. Of course, I will always do my best to complete pieces in a fairly reasonable time period. After we have worked out all the details, I will be able to give you an estimated completion time of your piece.

  4. You may check on your commission request by simply shooting me an email. I can give you updates, and previews of your current work in progress.

  5. Before finalizing the payment, you may request a sample image of the final product via email. This way, you can make sure you are receiving what you asked for before spending your money.

  6. Once the commission has been purchased, I will then begin shipping the requested print. (If you have chosen a digital print instead you will receive your file via email).

  7. NO NSFW/VULGAR REQUESTS. We all have a naughty side, but this is not the place. I will not accepted any request containing sexual/vulgar content. I have the right to refuse any request that makes me uncomfortable or do not wish to do.
